RADIO:

Hamish and Andy

Hamish and Andy are a comedy due that began working together in 2003. They have been extremely popular ever since then and their daily afternoon radio show on 101.9 THE FOX has been the most popular show for its time slot. Hamish and Andy's comedy is ironic and creative, and they have had great success from their recent 'Caravan Of Courage' trip across America. Australians love to listen to their jokes on their way home from work, and they are able to come up with innovative, new humour every day.

TV SHOWS:

Kath and Kim

'Kath and Kim is a Logie Award-winning character-driven Australian television comedy series, created by Jane Turner and Gina Riley. The series revolves around the family matters and relationships of the title characters, a dysfunctional mother and daughter. Kath & Kim stars Jane Turner as Kath Day-Knight, a cheerful 50-something divorcee currently in a happy relationship with her fiancé (and then husband), the prissy Kel Knight. Summer Heights High

Summer Heights High is a Logie Award-winning Australian television mockumentary series written by and starring Chris Lilley. It is a parody of high school life epitomised by its three protagonists: effeminate and megalomaniac "Director of Performing Arts" Mr G; self-absorbed, privileged teenager Ja'mie King; and disobedient, vulgar Tongan student Jonah Takalua, all played by Lilley. It lampoons Australian high school life and many aspects of the human condition and is filmed in a documentary style, with non-actors playing supporting characters. Source: www.wikipedia.org

Summer Heights High is such a clever show by Chris Lilley as he embraces the typical Australian stereotypes that we all know and love.
